The operator of 3DWOP (“we”) is the controller of personal data processed through 3dwop.com. Insert your legal name, address, and contact email for privacy requests before production use.

2. What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, password hash, optional profile image, verification and security tokens.
• Content: models, descriptions, previews, ratings, and compatibility metadata you submit.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP, timestamps, user agent) for security and operations, typically retained for a limited period.

3. Purposes & legal bases

We process data to provide accounts, send verification and password-reset emails (contract / steps prior to contract), to secure the platform (legitimate interests), and to meet legal obligations. Where required, we rely on consent (e.g. optional marketing — not enabled in the default build).

4. Hosting & transfers

Configure infrastructure in the EU or ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) if processors are outside the EEA. List your hosting and email providers in your internal records of processing activities.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active. Verification and reset tokens expire automatically. Logs follow a rolling retention window. Deleted accounts may leave anonymised statistics where permitted.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing where applicable. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Contact us at your published privacy address to exercise rights.

7. Cookies

The application uses a session cookie for signed-in users and security-related cookies as needed. No third-party advertising cookies are included in this default build.
