1. The service

3DWOP is a community platform for sharing 3D printable models, compatibility information, and related content. The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We may change features, suspend access for maintenance, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. We may refuse or close accounts that abuse the service or other users.

3. Your content & licences

You retain rights to models and media you upload. By posting, you grant 3DWOP a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You confirm you have the rights to upload the files and that your content does not infringe third-party rights. You may specify a more restrictive licence in the model description where applicable.

4. Prohibited use

You must not upload malware, illegal items, content that promotes violence or hatred, or models whose primary purpose is to evade the law. You must not scrape the service in a way that harms availability, attempt to break security, or misuse ratings and accounts.

5. Moderation

Public models may be moderated after publication. We may remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, without prior notice where urgent.

6. Disclaimer & liability

3D printing involves risks (heat, moving parts, materials). You are responsible for safe use of files and hardware. To the extent permitted by law, 3DWOP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or downloaded files.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the European Union member state where 3DWOP is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise.
